  • it is important to strictly observe the proportion of recipes for blends of essential oils,
  • the essential oil in the house must be combined with a base oil (e. g. olive, coconut, castor),
  • the treatment of the aromatic oil should not be done permanently - it should be alternated - 2 weeks of oil addition with 2 weeks of rest.
